By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Application Review: Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed, and selected vendors will be notified separately.
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide complete and accurate information regarding your business, products, and services.
  • Booth Responsibility: If accepted, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and dismantling your booth within the designated schedule and guidelines provided by the event organizer.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all local laws, safety regulations, and event policies, including any permits or licenses required for your business operations.
  • Liability: The event organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury related to your participation. Vendors participate at their own risk.
  • Media Consent: You grant permission for photos or videos of your booth and activities to be used for promotional purposes.
  • Communication: By submitting this form, you consent to be contacted via email or phone regarding this event and related updates.
  • Payment & Fee By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree that, if selected as a vendor for the 2026 WABA Festival, you will be responsible for paying the applicable vendor participation fee.
    • Standard Vendor: $3,000
    • Washington (WA) Local Vendor: $1,500
    The vendor fee will be required only upon acceptance into the festival. Detailed payment instructions and deadlines will be provided upon approval. Cancellation policies and refund eligibility will be communicated upon acceptance. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of fees.
