Ahead of the 2026 WABA Korea Expo & Festival, the Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Washington State (KACCWA) hosted a B2B Business Networking Event on August 13 at the Korea Startup Center (KSC) in Seattle.
The event opened with remarks from KACCWA President Myung Kyu (David) Oh and brought together Korean companies, buyers, business leaders, and representatives from Hispanic, African, and Taiwanese chambers of commerce to explore new business and partnership opportunities.
During the keynote presentation, Brian Frost, General Manager of KSC Seattle, highlighted Seattle’s advantages as a gateway for Korean companies entering the U.S. market, including its concentration of global corporations, accessibility from Korea, favorable business environment, and competitive energy costs.
Participating Korean businesses also introduced products and services across a range of industries, including K-Wellness, AI-powered business solutions, smart cooking technology, premium seafood products, and K-Fashion, creating opportunities for direct engagement with U.S. businesses and community leaders.
The networking event served as a kickoff to the 6th Annual 2026 WABA Korea Expo & Festival, held August 14–16 at Pier 62 on the Seattle waterfront, strengthening connections between Korean businesses and diverse communities in Washington State.
